E porque o ano 992 começou na feria VII, sem dúvida no dia quatro de janeiro começou a neomênia do Muharram 992. De outro modo, se tivesse começado na feria primeira, Dhilhagia ou Silchidze teria tido 30 dias, e o ano teria sido embolísmico, que entre eles mesmos se chama سنة كبيسة [sana kabīsa]. To the Arabic years 861. 2 39. 4', from the Table of concordance there correspond complete Julian years 836. To the years, again, 62. 309. 531', Julian years 61. Sum: Julian years 897. Add the Julian epoch of the Hegira, 621 complete years. The result is 1518 complete Dionysian years of Christ, plus the days remaining from the Kalends of January to 16 July. I say, therefore, that in the current year of Christ 1519, from the head of the Hegira to 16 July, there had elapsed 924 Arabic years, 194 days, 57'.
