SOBRE O MÊS PASCAL.
O mês pascal é aquele que contém em si as neomênias de todos os anos lunares; seu início se dá no oitavo dia do mês de março, e seu fim no quinto de abril. Segundo este mesmo modo, o mês dos décimos-quartos [i.e., da lua 14] toma seu início no vigésimo-primeiro dia do mês de março, e seu fim no dia dezoito de abril. O limite inferior da neomênia é o décimo-sexto ano do ciclo de dezenove anos (eneadecaetérida); o limite superior da neomênia e da décima-quarta é o oitavo.

ON THE PASCHAL MONTH.
The paschal month is the one that contains within itself the new moons of all the lunar years; its beginning falls on the eighth day of the month of March, and its end on the fifth of April. In this same manner, the month of the fourteenths [i.e., of the fourteenth moon] takes its beginning on the twenty-first day of the month of March, and has its end on the eighteenth of April. The lower limit of the new moon is the sixteenth year of the nineteen-year cycle (enneadecaeteris); the upper limit of the new moon and of the fourteenth is the eighth.
ON THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE LEGAL [JEWISH] PASSOVER.
The postponement (hyperbasis) of the legal passover is the deferral of seven days on account of the coincidence of the Lord's Day with the fourteenth [moon]. It is not permitted, however, either to exceed the twenty-first [of March] or to fall below the twenty-fifth [of April].
ON THE RULE OF THE PASCHA OF THE RESURRECTION.
The rule of the perfect pascha of the resurrection and of salvation is the determination of 35 days, from the twenty-second of March to the twenty-fifth of April. The coincidence of the [pascha] according to Christ with the Hebrew [passover] invalidates the pascha; likewise, its anticipation (proemptosis).

Ὑπέρβασις τοῦ νομικοῦ πάσχα, ἐστὶν ὑπέρθεσις ἑπτὰ ἡμερῶν διὰ τὴν τῆς κυριακῆς καὶ τῆς τεσσαρεσκαιδεκαταίας ὁμοῦ συνάντησιν. οὐ θέμις δὲ οὔτε τὴν εἰκάδα πρώτην ὑπερδυασθῆναι, οὔτε τὴν κε΄ ὑποκαταβῆναι.

Κανονισμὸς τῆς τελείης τοῦ ἀναστασίμου καὶ σωτηρίου πάσχα, ἐστὶν ὁρισμὸς ἡμερῶν λε΄ ἀπὸ εἰκάδος δευτέρας Μαρτίου, μέχρι εἰκάδος πέμπτης Ἀπριλλίου. ἡ δὲ συνέμπτωσις τοῦ κατὰ Χριστὸν πρὸς τὸ Ἑβραϊκὸν διαβάλλει πάσχα, ὁμοίως καὶ ἡ προέμπτωσις.
